Does sound fishy, but is legit .... last time I used PayPal, was able to fund with credit card. Now for immediate funds, had to provide all online bank credentials, which I was not interested in. Had to go buy a green dot Money Pack rather than provide all the information needed to access my bank account online or wait 2-3 days. Fully funded and ready to pay.
