Shannon, the "concaveness" is built into the forging. The flange and pad are just like any other wheel.

Thanks Justin. Are there different depths of concaveness forgings or just one? The reason I ask is, what do you do for a deep back space front wheel?

We do have a couple different forgings we can use. We can make it work with most applications. Send me what you need and I will see if we can make it.

Yup, just like Justin said, what we're showing here is the "slight" concave forging, but we can do what is called a "deep" concave as well, meaning the spokes will have more of a ramp to them, as they approach the outer.
