What really surprised me about that crash was how quick and simple it was. (I'm going to assume that the millionaire owner of an exotic car dealership and massively modified multi-million dollar cars is a reasonably competent driver, and has certainly spent more time at the wheel then I have if you don't include shifter kart racing).

He just did a little spin out and looped on him, and just his luck he slid off that coastal road from it. He had really recovered from the main looseness already and it was the over correction that got him. Obviously there was sand or something on the surface.

Anyway my point is that even with presumably high tech traction control (as mentioned in teh video) the rear end spun enough to loop the car. Perhaps the TC was never calibrated for the new engine power or there was a slippery layer of sand or something. But I think it may cause us to thing again about how easily these high powered cars can get away from us, TC or not.

Perhaps I'm overly sensitive from turning up my boost a couple lbs last night and lighting them up at 80mph can be a bit unnerving.

I noticed that too! You would think that someone who can afford to drive a car like that could afford to buy a properly fitted helmet.
