A Legitimate company will take a credit card. Does it cost 2-3% in fees? YES. A smart business can either add that in their cost of the product since its overhead or charge the customer to use their card. The businesses that only take cash are usually the ones that are hiding stuff from Uncle Sam.

Now Im not sure how an international order would work. Maybe in Australia they cant take our cards?

I have used my Credit Cards all over the world, but some companies don't do credit cards. So you don't think this is a legimate company?

The cool thing about buying in Australia is the exchange rate. Well, the rate changes daily, so it cost less for me. So if you used a CC, then that 3% might end up being around 13%. Although, the safe way to transfer money is to do a bank to bank wire transfer.

Yes. I see according to the historic graph. It was in 2009, but it was rather good time to buy international during that time. X-rate just gives you an idea, but it will also vary on the Australian bank. I know Frank from Prodigy customs was buying engines from Australia, because of the exchange rate was so low in 2009.

It's great for us at the moment Jeff, and they say it should be for quite a while.

Default So What is the Update?

Yenko did they return the money? Did you go to your bank to giet the wire transfer instructions and confirmation of receipt? Again just because he is refunding thru PayPal your challenge will be to prove transfer (easy with a wire) and get your money or sue (for $7000 I would have already filed)

I'm going to close this one for now, the OP hasn't been here for over a week. The vendor of issue is not a site vendor here. Wes, if you have anything to add let me know.
