He is Greg. The Youtube link that was posted is of him running an RC car. He also has a bunch of videos of other RC stuff on his channel. I think Ratman is just commenting on that stuff rather than the op's question.

AH HA! Yes that makes sense now... I do remember him being into RC stuff... I just didn't make the connection. That seems to be happening more frequently with age.
