Not print, but the video finally hit YouTube

You can even see my ugly mug at 3:10. I'm standing in between the two winners Rob from No Limit and Chase.

Enjoy

Congrats on the feature. Your truck looks good. That must've been a blast.

Kurts 2dr Tahoe is my inspiration. In the close to 5 years I've owned my 99 2dr, this is the first time seeing a 2dr rollin through any auto-x. I'm planning my suspension to be similar to his.

Kurt is an AWESOME guy. I met him some years back when I was showing for Arc Audio. Ever since then every time I see or talk to him it's a laugh. He's just the most down to earth, call it like I see it, guy I've ever met.

His Tahoe is no joke too. That thing flat moves, especially for a truck that weighs 4500lbs. He threw down some impressive moves at 'Throwdown' that sadly didn't make it to video.

Nice work! I love the mini trucks. My daily is a low mile 85 Toyota PU. Shhh.

I thought it was funny they couldn't make up their minds how many cylinders your truck had. Good luck on the next phase.

Yea, it was kinda funny reading the article and I'm sure they got about a hundred emails pointing it out

Next phase should be complete very shortly. After MANY delays the motor should be back in the truck and driving by the end of next week in time to hit he dyno on Saturday. Then I have a week's worth of work to put in wiring up a a Turbosmart eBoost 2 boost controller, a methanol injection kit, new turbine housing, and some other tidbits. After I get some miles on the motor I can go back and see what it'll do. Looking at 500hp at the crank on 91oc. Should be stupid scary in that truck and more than enough to 'Throwdown' in 2013

I'm also eyeballing some new prototyped suspension parts to fit C5/6 spindles to my control arms so I can run 'vette brakes.

I need to come by the shop one day and check it out. I only live a few miles away

Got a call this morning. Looks like, if the planets align and there's enough time, I'll be headed back to SoCal to "Throwdown"
