What would the track width be and max. wheel backspace?

The track width is 60.5 /o brakes,Max bs depends on wheel dia.

A little off topic, can someone point me to the sway bar used on this frame, and/or info on how it mounts in the tube mounted to the frame.

looks like there would be plenty of crossmember clearance for the exhaust
