That is not totally correct, yes a car can be a business related tax deduction if it is used to test a manufacturer's product and/or advertise a business. But "Test Car" on the car is not required in order to allow it to be business related. Example, the 48 Hour Camaro is a test car for Ride Tech but it is not called a test car. This it true for every manufacturer. Which goes back to my original statement, IMO "Test Car" trivializes the superior quality of the DSE builds.

Agreed but since it is a test car for their new parts and advertising for their business it sure makes the question of "is it a legitimate expense" a lot easier. Especially when they have consistently done this with their other test cars.

I also agree with build is fantastic!

Yea, they're pigs.. but I just autocrossed a 2013 ZL1 and it kicked the crap out of much lighter cars .. like miatas and mustangs.. on a track suited for smaller cars.

So yea, heavy, but they don't drive heavy.

The DSE car should haul ass.. especially with those two drivers.

We just picked up a 2013 RS, and I will say that even though they're heavy, I still find it to be a hoot to drive. The wife is in love with that car already!!

I think I might do that DSE performance and handling pack on it as soon as I can convince her that lowered is not the same as slammed.

I am looking to upgrade the suspension on my 2010 but I have to finish the 70 first. I am pretty certain my wife would kill me if I started working on the new one.
