I am not sure but if you would like to move engine position or not but if you use the 1.5" setback mounts or the Dirty Dingo adjustable mounts to set it back the F body pan works great and clears on stock subframe and steering linkage,I like the engines set back but it is harder to install if front sheet metal is already on.

Jeff I agree with setting the engine back. I set mine back 1" and im running a stock frame in a 69 Camaro with the stock F body oil pan and a unisteer power rack! I used the tall frame mounts and stock engine mounts. I hope this helps!!

From the sounds of it, its more of an up and down issue. The holley pans are rounded at the bottom and take up about a 1 1/8" of room over a Mast or ATS pan.

From what I had heard, the Mast pan was a good pan to go with. What Im putting in my Camaro, but havent done the swap just yet. Will be a couple weeks. Im using Dirty Dingo slider mounts and Kooks headers.
