Nice renderings. Lose the stacks. It gives it that 80's look. Other than that it's a sweet ride.

I agree with Travis on using the brake calipers to tie in the engine. I wouldn't want to completely disassemble the engine either. If he's doing a custom interior as well, add some red accents like piping on the seats or something. You can also get red backlit gauges if you really want to get into it.

Or if the red stripe is truely a "necessary evil", double up the pinstripes by adding a black one next to it to knock the intensity down. Is the top color black or graphite metallic?

I'm just sorta brainstorming out loud....the car's gonna look awesome either way. Nice job, as usual, Kris!

Good idea on the brake calipers. If Mike's interested, I can always change it for him too.

I think you need to get your monitor calibrated though, the top is a dark silver, not even close to black. Glad you dig it though and thanks for the critique.

my monitor must need calibration too....I looked at the pics twice and just now the 3rd time saw that the car was two toned......Now I will agree the stripe is a must have even if I dont agree 100% with the colors.....

Wow, seriously??? Man your monitors must be way off! It's not mine because I'm looking at them on another computer right now and they look the same.

I like the paint, not sure about rear spoiler, but the stacks need to go. As mentioned before, too 80's for me.
Oh, Kris, reshim the passenger door, does not line up right.

I like the stacks, before seeing the pics I read some responses and I impulsively thought I too would not like them. After seeing the pics, I LIKE IT. Old School with New School sometimes looks good.

Yes a little old, and a little new.

The stripe color needs to be bold, otherwise it blended into the other colors. We tried a darker color shade, but it blended to the other colors. I am going to try a test panel before applying to the car to see how it all looks in person.

Yes I do like it, the spoiler and tunnel ram are things I liked, and to add a little difference to the car. We must admit, they all start looking the same. I knew everyone wouldnt like it. Not a problem.

Thanks for your opinions.
