NEVER MIND -- Went back to original post and DOH!!

Looks to me like a weld on fitting.....

I used those (in 8's and 10's and 6's) for making a bunch of SS A/C hard lines --- big mistake.... they cooled the headers but didn't do much for the interior of the car. Still was fun to do -- and welding tiny stainless like that was fun. So if nothing else I learned some stuff.

I believe the one they have in SS has a flat back with no insert or shoulder for tubing. I can't keep all of the places I talked to and emailed straight at this point, only know that we found what we need!

Sometimes it's just the thrill of the hunt I guess. Wasn't too bad and coulda certainly been worse.

Thanks all for recommendations.

Ron, how bout putting a running car in your avatar? It's the 2nd decade of the 21st century after all. It's pretty much a revelation.

I don't go for the jugular right out the gate.

I'll give you a little leeway.... I remember the first time I had a running Camaro too .... ahhhh.... I'm happy for you. Can't wait for the feeling again.
