We usually wait till the car is complete and topped off with fluids before we adjust the final stance. Let it sit over night too

Im also running 18's with 2 inch drop spindles. Using Bilstein shocks and pretty happy with them. 1 inch front bar...but it was the rear sway bar that made the difference on my car, made it much more lively.
