Hi Bob,

Yes we are going to be there.

There are going to be so many cool cars present, and so many great builders, that I just have to be there. I hope to come face to face with some of the people that I have only met in the pages of a magazine.

Of course I am just taking for granted that you are going to be there. I want to see that car of yours in the final 5 for SMOTY. If it does not make it at least that far, there is no God. :-)

But... I was talking to Rich Chenet and he said that there are so many GREAT cars at the event that it really is possible to get lost in the crowd.

OBTW, you were right about the blower upgrade. Holy HP Batman. 550 RWHP (and 520 ft lbs torque) is more than enough for me. I cannot even imagine what your car is like with the HP you generate. It must be totally insane.

I, for one, look forward to seeing you there.

Default Dyno Runs

Hey Bob,

The footage we shot from the blower install and dyno sessions is looking good. I got the dyno sheets emailed to me today, do you need copies?

Thanks,

- Kevin Oeste

Good news Kevin, but, then again, EVERYTHING you shoot always looks good. :-)

And, yes, please send me a copy of the results.

Goodguys people are very aware of the Cuda. They have contacted Alan several times wanting updates etc on what was going on with it. We might not win but we will not be lost in the crowd up there. I like my chances there with their professional builder judges than I do at a local show with celebrity or average Joe non car guy judges. We won a Boyd's pick at Indy. I know he hated to give us that. Alan and myself aren't his favorite guys...

My advice to you is get out early and get a spot where you can't help but get noticed. Those guys get up real early to secure a good spot. i'm waiting for the day when I can get power parked because I'm big shi*..probably have to have the patience of Job though..lol..I don't have any other advice. Your car is not the type of car that generally competes. Different style of build that usually shows up there. It will be interesting to see how the builder type judges warm up to this style of build. They will surely notice the quality of the workmanship you guys have done. The factory style product you have produced will be a whole new dimension for them..different is better to me..hope they look at it that way..I think they will..people striking out on a different path makes this hobby more interesting.
