The metal finish looks damn good, 3M makes a spot weld grinding disc that I started using recently for use with a die grinder , it knocks down welds insanely quickly 3M #01991, I started using it after my pile of spent 2 inch discs turned into a mountain

Ahhh! Very cool, thanks for the advice. Ordered!

The 2" discs don't seem to hurt as much as the spiral drums! Geeez! I can only think of one place that you can burn through dollar bills quicker!

Fab'd up the automatic trunk release set up. Used an actuator from Electric Life. Works pretty nice. Has a button for inside the cab and a 12 channel remote, though probably only use the door locks. Made a custom arm and welded it to the trunk release tab on the factory trunk latch. Had to make a new plate to mount the latch, factory location wouldn't work with the fiberglass trunk lid.

Sounds a little more intense than it really is, just echoing in the metal trunk. That cable clamp is just temporary, will use a cable crimp for final assembly.

AutoRad radiator and core support arrived. REAL nice piece, everything looks great. Serious attention to detail and that was continued in the packaging for shipment, well done x 10! Looks good (will be painted later). Fit perfect. Had them install a condenser but decided to do remote oil and power steering. Dual 14" Fans and their handmade shroud....looks awesome!

Needed to do a little re-do of the lower section of the front fenders, was a little wavy after the flares were done.

Cleaned up the front fender mounts, just to hide the gap.
