It was good fun. A few guys from shops in that area stopped by to see what was happening. I had to chuckle a little as none of them seem to understand what a Pro-Touring car is or how to build one. They all seem to think John has lost his mind and is doing it all wrong. One of those times when every ones an expert and owned a 65 Mustang just like it. I am looking forward to when the car goes back to John and everyone is mind blown.

Johns car arrived yesterday. Gotta admit it....it's fun having it and Jeffs car parked in the garage.

Things are getting a little silly around here.

Pushing any car up hill sucks! Thankfully Jeff stopped by and my neighbor came over to assist.

Maybe one of these days, I'll have a MY car in MY garage.

As long as it's back before I'm getting Social Security it's good.

Hey look my car is in Vegas....

Never thought I was going to send it out for work, especially sending it across the country. You could say I'm nervous about this whole endeavor.

Curtis is helping me get a second look at all the stuff I need to order, it always helps having a second or third set of eyes not to mention someone who has done it before and is currently a couple steps ahead of me.

Should go without mention but a Huge thanks to Curtis for helping me get the body done while I'm away!!

No biggie....it's just part of what we do Brother.

Besides you bought this car is April of 2010 and with your work schedule...you've done a lot, but at the rate it's been going the car wouldn't be finished till April 2025. I give you mad props for all the "do it your self" "garage build" things you have done....especially now that I've seen how small your garage is. But I think it's wise to let the professionals do some of the work. It insures that the things are done properly and you'll actually be able to drive it a lot sooner. In the end, it's all about the ride.

I'm not planning on taking over Johns build. One is enough.

I'll move it around in the garage and post pictures of it though. Maybe I'll add some "Art Work" to it while it's here. lol
