Here's a nice touch. It's a map light (between the sun visors) from an 80's fox body Mustang from ebay that has a swing arm that unclips and can be pointed in any direction. The plastic base cover just happens to match the red interior color
exactly, so it didn't need to be painted. It's one of those things that just happen work out perfectly which rarely happens when custom building a car. Everything else is usually more of a struggle trying to get things to fit just right, etc.
Here's a cool little detail. Steve put a battery shut off in the trunk that has a cable to actuate it remotely from the driver's seat.
