Looks like Scott has to cut and weld the rear OEM sway bar.

Never done one myself, so I looked it up. Doesn't look that tough.

I thought a splined bar would work, but the exhaust and gas tank needs to live there.

Ultimatly, I'll end up with a bar narrowed by DSE... it will just take forever to get.

Got the custom tank from Hector at Rick's Tanks in. It's 2" shorter than his normal tank.

Scott also started on the stainless exhaust. I just ordered new mufflers and 4 180 degree bends for it. The Pypes ones won't work as well.

The exhaust will be a mix of 304 and 409 stainless now. I guess I will have it all coated to reduce heat and keep it looking the same.

Rear shocks are in, too.

Here are 10 inch wheels with 4.5 inch backspace set at 62.5 was to wms. Will probably bring it in a little, but planning to bulge the fender and build out some flares to accomplish the look I want.

and we have rims.

Forgeline DE3P's 20 inch front/ 21 inch rear (diameter) Forgeline wheels with satin black finish on all surfaces. Hand-painted red pin-stripe 20 inch diameter fronts that are 11.5 inches wide with a 7.25 inch backspace. Rears are 21 inches in diameter that are 12.5 inches wide with a 10.5 inch backspacing.

Forgeline will widen the fronts

Now to find tires.

Question

Looking great Jay .... question? what column did you end up putting in the Camaro? Just looking at the details of the column and the D-D joints w crush sleeve?

Those engine bars look good ... simple is the key!
