Thanks. I'm looking forward to moving along with this. More parts to decide and order looking at other builds here give me plenty of ideas.

Life does take over sometimes. That is the truth. I am glad to hear that you are moving forward despite what Life through at you. Hopefully you can get back consistently to your build soon. Good luck to you!

Bill, I looked in on your build a year ago or so, just to see if you’d been back. It’s crazy how life goes and how fast time moves us along. I bought my Chevelle in ‘11 and me and my son Brandon worked on it a lot together. He was 8 then. Today, he’s in college. I can’t believe I’ve had mine 12 years. I’ve been talking to a friend for the last few months about buying mine actually.
I’m glad to hear your healthy and back on track here. Keep us updated sir!

Thanks Dad!!

My Chevelle is old school... It has a belt driven power steering pump.
They're 17's, but I keep em clean!

Scott,
Thanks for checking in and trying to keep track. My job takes me all over GA. I need to stop by sometime.

Hate to think you are selling, but I understand. I've been blessed to be able to keep this all these years.

I may even get to get out in the garage today and Saturday to work on it. I need some garage time.

I'm sure your son enjoyed working on it as much as mine. Mine is actually pushing for me to get it done. I think he just doesn't want to finish is if I kill off for some reason. HAHA

Had a little time this past weekend. Got out in the garage and started to remove the drivers quarter. Of course, the window and mechanism has to come out first. I hope I can get it back in. HAHA

Then started to remove spot welds to get the quarter off.

One thing I noticed, the new quarters don't have the little pins for the clips that hold the window moulding on. Will have to find a way to address that later.

So, I hadn't realized how behind I am on updating. Some work has been going on. The quarter finally came off and the new one going back on along with ABC Performance widened inner fenders.
