Should be good on the weight. I have the seats in, steering column, pedals and fuel tank. Tomorrow I will put it back on the scales and see where I'm at. Thanks Vince.

Man, that thing is coming along NICELY!! very well done. Your father-in-law's 2nd gen is one of my fave's.

What is your target weight? Mines just over 3500 with a 1/2 tank.

Thank you. I'm hoping to be between 2800 and 3000 lbs. With minimum interior and a glass doors, nose and trunk lid I should be able to get there. Paul's car is great, I'm taking it home with me to fix little things and I'll probably have to go out and make some test runs to make sure everything is fixed as well!!! Lol

Thanks, Cal

Cal the car looks great and I love the wheels especially the finish. And it's awesome to see your Father-n-law still kicking butt.

So who's the better driver - you or him

Thank you. I have to say, Jay at Budnik treats me good and Sheila has as well. I regularly order wheels from new suburban to auto cross cars and I always have a twist to throw in. Jay always gets them done. As far as driving, Paul is a great driver. We have to remember he's creaping up on 68. Not many guys his age are still out there mixing it up at his age. I just hope at 68 I have a passion to go fast and compete as he does. I do plan on beating him as much as possible though as he does me. Lol

Thank, Cal
