So it's done ?
How did it drive?
Are the wheels for sale yet?

I might be starting to believe this car will run before mine

I'm packed and ready to man the I phone.

Time for the parking lot test video.

Can't be 100% sure from that photo but it looks like you were emulating a chrome bumper ? What process was used to paint it, looks like it came out pretty good. I'm researching all the possibilities to get my fiberglass bumpers as close to a chrome finish as possible.

Preston, it must just be the pictures, the bumper was painted body color.

After hearing Ron's list, I think the car might actually be done sooner than everyone thinks. Everyone has been saying Tuesday, but I think Monday is possible.

Accelerating is optional...........stopping is mandatory. Your car WILL stop one way or another.

Pres, the lighting and iPhone pic makes it look much lighter. There is a very very slight difference in the color (I think) and that's due to the waterbourne paint used on the bumper.

Interesting thought on FG -> chrome look. I'm not an expert, but I think a 'chrome' wrap is the easiest way to get there. Can you powdercoat FG? If so, there's some nice polished aluminum finishes that sorta come close. Not perfect for sure, but I'm guessing you're not building a show car. If it were metal you'd have alot more choices.

I don't think so Lenie. That place is for cars with interior. But if you're going, I'm there
