The seats were made by Corbeau.

If anyone is looking for more info on the Leisinger (scar) Camaro you can check out the latest edition of (December) Camaro Performers page 66. There you will find an excellent feature written by Editor Nick Licata outlining all the build details.

I read that article the other day. It said corbeau but I didnt see them on the web site. Thought it may have been a misprint.

In the November edition of the Goodguys Gazette it also lists in its tech specs of the (scar) car that Corbeau is the seat manufacturer. It is possible that a misprint was made however. Karen could tell us for sure. She followed the build from the beginning and is very knowlegeable about all details of this build.

At first I didn't really liked it, but now it's kinda growing on me, the craftsmanship is awesome, the detailing level is awesome, the result looks nice, what I can't deny is that is totally different, so for me it's ok, I might like it better later. So far looks nice, me likes.

Hey billetman, They are the Corbeau Sport with added foam to the headrest and custom sewing to look like a lumbar seat. If you need more info on the seats, contact Dan Weber of Weber Custom Interiors in Alexandria, MN.

We looked for you in SEMA and Scottsdale, but I suppose Dave's got you working on that '71?

Hi Karen, How was your Thanksgiving? Hope you and your family had a great holiday. Anyway thanks for answering the question about the seats. As far as Sema and Scottsdale is concerned,I would have really liked to have been there, but duty was calling. I just completed Dave's trans mount for the '71 and will be shipping it on Monday. How was Sema and Scottsdale?

Thumbs up

Billetman, has the build for the '70 Camaro started yet? I remember you stating that the builder for SCAR, (I forget the name), was also doing a '70 Camaro. That should be a killer car as well. I would love to see pictures of the build, if they have any.
