I have to agree. I just read the build again, and love most everything about it. The mirrors are killing me too.

Cool

The thing w these mirrors is that they act as the front channel for the window. My last two builds, my mirrors looked cool but I couldn't see crap out of them. I guess that's why I could see so good out of these ,there to big. I think the missing Cowl panel makes them look bigger. Thanks for the feedback. Bill

I searched for more details, but can't seem to find the answer. Can you elaborate on this once more. What brand are the wheels, and what backspace did you run. What brand are the tires?

The truck turned out really nice. I like the paint scheme.

I know you'd prefer to hear the answer straight from the source but I'm pretty sure I know what the tires are at least. The tires look like Nitto NT420S front and NT404 rear. My guess on the wheels are Boze Apex.

I believe you are right. Unfortunately it's not what I wanted to hear. It seems Nitto has dropped the 305/40/20 from its line up, and no one else makes it.

I can't find a 305/40/20 or 315/40/20 anywhere.

The reason being is a tire that wide is strictly for performance only and a sidewall of 40mm is too tall. I'm with you though. For our trucks, we need a taller sidewall though. 305 and 315 widths are usually for Porches, Vipers, etc. Therefore, a 40 sidewall would look very awkward on a sports car sitting low to the ground with a taller tire. I guess is the gift and the curse, huh? Nitto more than likely dropped it from its lineup due to low sales and not a demand for it.
