Passenger Side Indicator ((06-09-24 ))
Here we go
So, my AC line and some wiring is in the way !!
Plan B - Move the line just a little bit.
What should have been a 10 minutes job turned into an hour.
I headed to Ace Hardware to keep a couple nuts with star washers on them. Apparently, they are called Keps Nuts.
As I was walking out I found an old ashtray that reminded me of my Grandfather. So, I bought it to hold all of my hardware while I am working.
New nuts have been installed on both bumpers.

Removing the last of the blue tape. (( 06-29-24 ))
Hopefully, I drive the car out of the garage in the next couple days.
The Tape Ball is getting bigger.
Hay Ron, do you remember when you asked me where the passenger mirror went ?
Apparently, I still have to order the ARP bolts for the throttle body.
Towels are ready to go up in the attic.
All I have to do is take the "Bad Ass Fender Cover" off the car and it leaves the garage.
and yes that is the name of the Fender Cover.

Back in the Garage (( 07-04-24 ))
Back at it and I am trying to put gas in the tank.
These new gas cans suck !!!
I picked up this Gas can Spout to convert it back to the old school style.
I have been going back and fourth with Holley about the gas cap part number and apparently
a batch of gas caps were packaged incorrectly. I only know this now that I went back to
Auto parts store and picked up another cap with the exact same part number and it's
completely different.
Holy **** it works and it doesn't flop around !!!
This is the first one l purchsed which has the exact same part number and doesn't work.
Not even close to being the same design.

Pulling the car off the rack and turning it around. (( 07-04-24 ))
What sounded like a simple task turned into a calamity of errors and mass frustration. When I put the car in reverse
it displayed "N" which was odd as the car drove prior to this.
I gave the car a little gas and the car just didn't want to move, it struggle to move as the engine's rpms increased.
Then it got worse, as I was backing up the jack pads caught the subframe which pretty much stopped the car. I got
out of the car and blocked the front tires and jacked up the rear end so I could move the sliding jack.
Thankfully it has rubber pads so no damage was done.
Of course I forgot to move the tire block and once again the car stopped moving. Ugh !!!
Drive is appeartly "4th" Gear on the Dash. Hopefully Dr EFI Andrew can fix that for my brain.
I did manage to get it out of the garage and turn it around and as i was backing up I noticed the Brake Lights where
on even though I was not in the car. That will be tomorrows project.
Then the heat hose started leaking and that is why you start a new project car with distilled water in the radiator as it
is much easier to clean up.
That's it I am going riding.
