Tracy,

I can't get over how awesome and awe-inspiring your (and the rest of your shop's) work is! I love this thread - each build gives me new ideas for my 67 Fastback. Have you ever done any ipad installs? I'm going to run the isis wiring system along with their new inmobile feature - I should be able to eliminate the power window switches, door locks, headlight switches.. I'm not sure how to make the ipad removeable but also have an oem look...

We have a car coming up that wants me to figure out a way to have it installed and be able to hide it when he wants. I just got a IPAD and love it. I will post pics of that trick as soon as I figure it out

Recess with bottom locating tray tension clips left and right and finger relief pull out at the top?

I'll assume neodymium magnets are out of the question due to drive/electrical interference?

odd my wife has one and love's it as a reader.

I used it for the first time over the weekend and the video quality on youtube sucked. I think my first computer had better video quality and that was 20 years ago.

Tracey... Not much else to be said. For those of us that are attempting to build our own consoles, do you have any pics of the process you go through to make one. I'm planning on starting one next week out of metal.
