Beautiful Roadster and love the stance on that Nomad. That Nomad interior is very very tasteful. Nicely done!

Here is a 61 Starliner that we just completed a custom Fast Track chassis for. We were able to build a driect replacement chassis that greatly lowered the ride height, can handle the John Kaase Boss 429 motor, accomodated a 12" wide rear wheel, and utilized all of the stock mounting locations with no modifications.

We have been uploading all of our custom chassis to a new section on our web site dedicated to the unique, custom, and 1-off chassis builds that we have done over the years. http://www.roadstershop.com/custom-chassis

Mocking up the body on the new frame in order to test fitment

Another busy week coming to an end. We have 2 new arrivals in the turn key build side. Both are very unique vehicles and should be great builds.

First is a 63 Fairlane. The plan for the exterior is 100% bone stock. We are having 1-off wheels CNC'ed to look like the original low option hub caps only in 18" diameter. This car is going to be the ultimate sleeper with a Jon Kaase Boss 429 engine with 8 stack EFI and Roadster Shop Fast Track IFS/IRS chassis.

Just getting started on the disassembly and chassis design this week.

Approximate ride height the customer is looking for.

Disassembled and fixtured on a chassis table to start the frame build.

Mock up of the Boss 429

The second is a 66 Suburban for a local customer. He really liked what we did with the 57 Suburban we did last year and wanted something similar. We are just going through the planning phase now so a lot of things are still up in the air. It is looking like a large cubic inch big block will be the power source. Currently trying to balance drivability with the big HP numbers he is looking for. Full Fast track chassis, 6 speed auto, shaved and smoothed exterior with a few subtle body mods that are still being worked out. More to come soon!

We were also able to wrap up the 70 C-10 and get that off to upholstery. Here are a few better shots of the truck than I posted last week. Still need to fab up inner fenders and finish the dress up on the motor when it comes back from upholstery.
