We are working on it Al.. We are currently working on the last details of the front inner well modifications.. Got parts on order.. exhaust system, gas tank, AutoRad radiator support, Vintage Air..& etc.. Next week it comes out of the body shop & goes into the building of rear suspension...

Our work load right now is crazy but this 69 will be moving into the fast pace of finishing per owners request..

Got a small update on our custom 69 Camaro dash… We wanted to maintain some of its original form.. So what most people don’t know is that 70 Nova & used the same metal dash insert.. GM carried it over from the 69 Camaro just tooled up a new gage cluster with dash pad.. So what we did is fabricate a metal dash cluster & dash pad like a 70 Nova with a flat panel where the gages go.. but did not want to just poke holes thru a metal flat panel.. Plus needed access to wire the car.. So we fabricated this gage pod that has more detail than a flat panel with gages .. plus it gives it a 3rd dimension view & is removable.. We will do body work on the dash & paint it with a texture finish.. Got more pods to fabricate for A/C controller, stereo, headlight switch, & wiper.. Coming soon!

In the end the owner did not want a louvered hood.. So that will be something that not will go on this car... But have it for other cars but in a different configuration...

That's a great look, plus I like the flattter dash pad. Are you going to cover the metal pad area?

Thanks Vince... We are going to play around with texture paint to duplicate a new plastic finish with smooth painted surface... Still up in the air..
