Looking great, BTW!!
I was worried about the wires.. anyone that knows these modern engines knows what a birds nest it can be. The speartech harness was very clean and while it's not wired like a showcar with every wire dress and placed just so it still looks very clean. the main harnesses tucked in nice between the Katech coil racks and the FAST fuel rails.

Installed the AFCO radiator, catch can and relay. Needed fittings so we got sorta stuck on the fuel system. Soooooo close

This was the hardest fitting so far.. what a PITA..

Looks good Steve. But just imagine how that would look with a black engine compartment. The damn thing would look like a jewel in there. You know I'm never gonna quit bugging you about that, right?

You're right.. the next black car I build is getting a black engine bay!!

Actually, I think I will do the Fairlane's bay in black

Modern engines look better in a matched bay. Now is when someone will post a pic of Fuel to prove me wrong..

Hmmm.. you're name is zBUGGER, so yes.. I know you won't quit bugging me about it..

Personally I like the engine compartment color matched the way it is. I was thinking the radiator support should be painted to match as well, but black might look better threw the grill. I would need to see the radiator support painted both ways to know which I like better. She's coming along and looking great!

+1, so I guess the whole "streetfighter" idea blew right out the window along with the budget sorry Steve, streetfighters don't have color cordinated suspension links, frames and springs Really though it looks killer! I'm gonna do my inner fender wells body color too, can't stop the bling now I already got sucked in a long time ago . You must be really anxious now that its this far along. BTW did we hit post #300 yet?
