Have you seen these? Matching brake and clutch pedal as well as the emergency brake. These are for LS swaps.

Mark, i assume you had to trim the metal from the pedals? How did you secure the newer style covers to the original style pedals? Any info would be appreciated!

Yes trim down the steel 69 Camaro pedals. They install like the stock rubber pads. I usually glue them on also.

I’ve used them on my last 6 projects. Seems to work.

Mark

Some updates. I’ve never done this but Alex tucked and smithed the rear bumper. Looks great. The car was missing the rear bumper so we purchased a repo and fixed it.

Because the LT5 needs 2 intercooler pumps we needed to sort out the plumbing. The plan was always two 3/4 inch lines teed into a one inch line. To clean up the plumping we hard lined a lot of the one in lines. This required some 3/4 to 1 inch Y fittings. When you can’t find what you want make it.

Because a lot of track events want tow hooks we integrated one into the front bumper bracket.

We put the car on the ground to check tire clearances. Everyone always asks me about wheel widths and backspacing. It takes a lot of work and finesse to get a good tire wheel package. Every car is a little different and they are all tweeted to fit.

Default Camaro LT5

Up next week is exhaust. Because Holley make a kit now hopefully it will go quick. But like everything on these car I wanted to modify the “off the shelf” system.

Holley did some one off mufflers to knock down the sound pressure.

Default Camaro LT5

Aaron Oberle helped me design and manufacture a gauge bezel to fit a one off Dakota Digital gauge set up.

I’m excited about this should be very cool!

Man, everything looks so good. But, that's nothing new here. Once we see you start a new build Mark...we all know we're in for a treat. I like how you're adding a few custom touches on this one.
