I just combed through the whole thread. I think it is great that Mark has offered so many of his thoughts and pulled back the curtain behind his builds by answering so many questions. He didn't answer one question though, so I will ask it again. Any plans to do a second gen build at some point????

I purchased a 2nd Gen. Not sure what to do with it yet. It is just a driver now.

Things have been going very slow on my new Camaro. We are making some progress now and should have some updates this week.

Mark

Mark i noticed you have a tab welded on the clutch petal.. Do you have any measurements you can share...? I just installed the DSE bracket and wanted to take care of the petal while I had it all out...

So you use the stock c6 brake booster and master? How would this work with the z06 brakes without abs? If you could give us some more info on this. So you used the dse bracket but where did you get your measurements and what are all the part numbers and some feedback. what peddles are these and what would you do to eliminate the sensor on the side of the reservoir?

ABS is a separate module so the MC and booster combination would work just fine like it does in a Z06 when ABS isn't activated.

A quick update. We had my new Camaro together as a roller for my car party.

The dry sump placement in the cowl. Check out the headers they are from Ultimate Headers they are shorty and fit great.

The radiator from Dewitt with the SRX fan, oil cooler, transmission cooler and power steering cooler. The core is 24" X 23" so it's fairly big.

New throttle body inlet before we weld it up and metal finish it.

Anvil front clip and my hood.

Ordinarily I'm not a fan of carbon fiber -- but that looks bad ass! Get I've been a bit jaded with all the phony versions on the big Honda wings.... LOL

Needless to say --- stellar work as usual Mark.

I have a 2002 Camaro clutch pedal and I copy the geometry off the physical pedal. I've done it that way for years.
