Love those cross ram intakes--I had one on my car when I was in high school--sold it way before I understood how cool they really were--like a bunch of other dumb things I did when I was 16. Love the double hump heads also---it's great to see some of those still around and being used. I would think that Dane (Rouge) would be your biggest fan on here for staying true to vintage--bet he will enjoy this a bunch also. Very cool stuff Rich--but hurry up and finish Dave's car---
I do like the factory appearance of those clamps. The problem is servicability. With a cross ram and two carbs, it's safe to assume you will need to have them off for misc reasons.

Todd - Think of the Oetiker as similar to a zip-tie. Side cutters to remove, crimp to tension. The smaller clamps are pretty inexpensive (5-15 cents), they are almost as fast as zip ties.
