If you're going to pay I would look at using Office 365. It would provide you 1tb of storage and MS Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.

Do you use the app on your phone to upload phone pics? and if so how clunky is it and what kind of resources does it hog?
I upload all the images off my phone periodically to SmugMug, upload speeds are very good and I shoot max image size on my Galaxy S7. I also use the app as a gallery to show people images and it's fast considering the 64K images in my galleries. Very pleased with the app, no performance impact noticed whether using Verizon or wifi connection.

Smile ImageShack

Just to throw my 0.2 cents in I use ImageShack ($2.83 /month) and have never seen an ad once! I don't really use it to sort albums and all that just store pics to upload to Lat-G.

PhotoBucket seems to be better this week - I wonder if they were doing software changes? It's still not great but better than last week
