Those are a discontinued wheel that Boyd used to make. They were polished billet, but Doug Schultz gave them a matte finish for a better look on his car. Check out the front suspension too.

Thanks guys for posting these pics. I really thought that this was something different and well executed. I love the 66-67 Fairlanes and this one has a nice clean look.
