I like 2, 3, and 8. I think 3 and 8 are just plain sick. not something you see very often. Also I am hoping you will post more about the interior components you are thinking of. I have a 78 and am so glad that the second gens are getting more popular. Means more aftermarket parts.

ok

i know a guy who had grafted the chevelle cowl induction onto a second gen stock hood and it looked AWESOME....SORRY I DONT HAVE A PIC

DRAW IT UP ...

IM TELLIN YA IT LOOKS SOOOO GOOD AND FACTORY

I HAD A SECOND GEN BUT MINE HAD A 2 INCH COWL (15 YEARS AGO)

Hey Radrambler. I assume that picutre was taken awhile ago. Was the hood fiberglass or steel?
It's funny that you mention the Chevelle cowl hood. I was just in Costco yesterday looking at their selection of Maisto die cast cars and they had a '70 Chevelle. I looked at the hood and thought, hey, that would be a nice option on the second gen Camaro. It's more curvey than the 1st gen cowl hood, so it would be more in keeping with the styling of the body.

THAT WAS 15 YEARS AGO.. MY HOOD WAS FROM UNLIMITED PRODUCTS...FIBERGLASS...
I READ THE POST AND HAD TO RESPOND..IM TELLIN YOU ..THAT CHEVELLE COWL INDUCTION GRAFTED TO THE STOCK HOOD HAS THE RIGHT PROPORTIONS AND IT LOOKED FACTORY.AND THE FLAP WORKED. PEOPLE WOULD LOVE IT.THEY DID WHEN THEY SAW THIS ONE IN PERSON..OH THE BONUS NOBODY IS DOING THIS STYLE HOOD EITHER...$$$

Please keep it looking stock, I wouldn't even think of buying the l88 type hood. Cant wait to see this stuff for sale!
