My first post over here.

If anyone needs help with Megasquirt, send me a PM. Just searching threads, I see there's a lot of misinformation about the various EMS's available on the market. I've tuned with most of them, generally ALL will be able to make your car run correctly if you're aware of the nuances of each. It's important to understand, a first time EFI install and tune has a steep learning curve... which is a far bigger factor than which system you end up using,

steep learning curve is right, i think i will be trying to fire it up in the next few weeks so when that fails horribly i will probably get on you case haha
thanks alot for the offer
right now i have a complete guess megatune set up using the ve table calculator and all the other inputs that i hope will at least get it started.
do you have any idea how accurate the ve calculator is? also do know of any connonly missed inputs that i may have forgotten, i seem to always find little background things that havn't been set when i come across them reading about other peoples attempts

I was just searching "BBC Twin Turbo Megasquirt" and I came across this thread.

Nice Car!

You have not posted in a while and I was wondering how your car was running.

Have you got it tuned yet?

Are you using the Megasquirt to deliver your fuel and ignition?

What are you running for your ignition system? Locked out distributer? Crank trigger? MSD? EDIS?

What senors are you running? TPS, 02, MAP?

What brand and # injectors are you using?

I am building a Twin Turbo 427 big block Chevy. I bought a pair of turbos and older Gale Banks set up that runs two 850 Holleys draw through. I purchased an EFI manifold yesterday and a I am converting it to EFI. I am going to machine a throttle body out of one inch aluminum using 4 large quadrajet butterflies, a GSXR TPS I have laying around and sandwich it between the intercooler and manifold. I have been reading about megasquirt for a long time now but have not had the opportunity to work with one yet. I am going to buy one soon and any help/ info would be greatly appreciated.
