No stripe.. at least not in the front.
I like the silver but I think something that works with the rear body line would compliment the bird a little more.
The front end of these cars are already killer. I think adding more to the front makes the car look unbalanced. Those scoops are cool enough by themselves.
It's a gorgeous car. Just as the others said, do what you want. Good luck!

I like the color combination but i think the stripe could be tweaked a little.

I think the car needs a stripe, especially since you went with powder coated centers on the wheels. The stripe helps to break up the solid color and it make the rims pop.
Rims are usually the first thing to get noticed.

I vote for the stripe breaks up the color a bit and adds some flare

IMO... It needs stripes to bring the powder coated wheels in a little better. Maybe small stripes on the side of the scoops similar to what Steve did on Penny's CF hood and something on the rear quarters? But like a few others have said, just because we like it doesn't mean it will be perfect for your tastes.

Newer Renderings
This thread is an older one that's been resurected... Ben Hermance has done some newer renderings that can be seen in the build thread:

Let me know what you think!
