1970 era music...help

the misfits??? I thought they where early 80's when glen startd that band then was sam hanes and the danzing. I will say i dig the misfits!!!!

The Misfits formed in '77, and "Attitude" was on the album "Static Age" and written in '79. Without those guys there never would have been Ministry, White Zombie/ Rob Zombie, Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, Butthole Surfers... You get the point. They were a great band. Glen left the band in '82 or '83 to form Samhain which was more metal than punk, but the seeds were sown.
