Nope, I've had a few close sales. But no sale. Pressure on my job has gotten better though. So some of the pressure to sell is less.

I need to make sure you have a clear title in hand because I am still messing with the 69 title I bought from here with no luck. So you have clear title in hand ready to go with the car?
