I do all dumbells and smith machines now. I've been doing a set of 10 with 80's for military press for 6 months. I've tried 85's and I'm afraid I'll get hurt so I've stopped.

Try it Eric, you'll be surprised.
Yeah, it's fun!!! lol
That's some good weight there Todd. Good going my man. I've backed off a lot myself. No need to be a "macho man" and lift every weight in sight anymore!! lol

Same here. One every morning.
I take BCAA's as well, which are Branched Chain Amino Acids, which are made up of the three most important Amino Acids to help build and repair muscle. I take 2 capsules 15 minutes before working out and then 2 capsules right after working out.

But when it rains I just do not want to go. Now for the diet, I have changed that a lot in the last few months and it does make a HUGE difference. Even just doubling my water intake makes a big difference. It has cut down on my headaches by over 50% by itself. I have trashed shoulders so I can't do much upper body and both knees are also hammered so I have to watch the running at the gym but I can work on the cardio stuff. And I need to do more.
I am going to try your breakfast recipies Todd and see how I feel in 2-3 weeks. Thanks for the kick in the ass. I needed it!
VERY COOL ERIC!! Good to hear that you are starting to work out. It's good for your body and heart. Makes you feel good and look good as well. Drinking the water will help out your body huge!! I drink a half gallon of water, or more, a day. PLUS, muscles are made up of about 70% water.
Keep up the good work buddy!

So 3 slices of bacon, 3 eggs and 3 pieces of toast for breakfast for the last 4 days in a row. That kind of wasted the good I had done just before that. I can feel my arteries hardening as we speak.....

Got to get back on track Monday. I could feel it working and it made me more alert and energetic. Now I feel like a slug.

The smoothies are killer and help a bunch. Going to restock on the fruits tomorrow.

Just make sure you are using veggies just as much. The fruits should mask the veggies. Been doing 3-4 carrots, orange, granny smith apple, large handful or fresh spinach, 3 staks of celery, handful of strawberries. Gives me the tingles when I drink it.

Good points Todd. I will do that. I am heading to the store this afternoon so good timing for me. Thanks.

Are you adding ice or yougurt (or both) in the mix listed above.
I was doing a handful of strawberries, an orange, two bananas, and a peach thrown in for good measure. With ice.
After I drank it I did feel much better. I caught this flu crud just before I started doing this and I noticed it was not as severe or last as long as it has in the past.
I am not quite sure how the bacon and eggs got back in the program. Lack of willpower I am sure.

You are way beyond where I will ever be my friend. I hurt just looking at that menu. But if you can handle it and burn it right, more power to you.
