Default Roadster Shop wins 2009 Trendsetter Award

Jeremy and Phil Gerber of the Roadster Shop were announced as the winners of the 2009 Good Guys Rod and Custom Association "Trend Setter" award. This is a huge honor being placed on a select list of previous winners that we look to as the best of the best. This marks the end to a year of incredible cars built by the Roadster Shop. Although Pro-Touring cars are our passion, they are only 1/2 of what we do. Here is a re-cap of what was built by the Roadster Shop in 2009.

Hal's '32 Coupe

Dick's '29 Roadster

Greg's '49 Pick Up

A big thanks goes out to:
Our customers who put their trust in our design and attention to detail allowing us to build the cars of their dreams.

Our incredibly talented crew, always full of ideas and the desire to keep pushing the envelope.

And everyone else out there on Lateral-G building new cars and keeping us motivated to come up with the next great car.

This is a huge honor and we are glad to share it with everyone here. As any of you who have seen our cars know, the looks are just as important as how well they perform... and we love to beat the $&!% out of them! We have plenty more to come for 2010.

Sweet!!

I was comparing the build quality of the Ring Brothers Fairlane and the Vette - and while they are different - the QUALITY is beyond exceptional on both of them!

To take that car (Vette) out and flog the snot out of it --- WAY OVER THE TOP!! You just can't beat that! QUALITY and DRIVING IT...

To me seeing the 62 Corvette at Sema and Pahrump this year was THE thing, that car is most amazing piece of design, fabrication, detail and performance. I say you guys will be setting the trends for years to come. (just checked out your current projects on your website).

Congrats on an awesome car. Very cool indeed. Running the car at Pahrump was cool to see. More balls than me for putting that car out there. I cringed just watching them put the stickers on it.
