The Black 69 is awesome. Don't care for the tall hood, but the rest of the car is awesome. I know..I know..everybody is a critic..

No doubt some high dollar stuff rolling through this year...Six Shooter Cuda should bring some serious coin. I know Charlie really likes that Roadster Pickup. That truck is unbelieveable. Truely have to see it to appreciate it. Maybe it will get a new home in Calif?

Not sure if B-J changed it, but last year everything went with no reserve. Not sure if I could do that or not? ?

I guessing $500K, very innovating. That cars is to street rod what Bob Johnson's Cuda is to the muscle cars.

I caught a Barret Jackson show and Craig Jackson stated that there were so many cars that want to be in the televised auction that "No Reserve" cars outnumbered the "Reserve" cars 3 to 1, thus all "NR" cars. Plus it never hurts BJ to have all "NR" cars...they get paid on every car there.

i dont see the street rod roadster pick-up bringin huge bank, not at B-J anyway, year after year i watch the street rods goin through, and very seldom do they bring huge amounts. i think this has more to do with B-J tayloring more to "collectors" who are more interested in the purchases as an investment, more than because they like it.

BUT...it only take 2 bidders with the bankroll to skyrocket the selling price if they both want it bad enough...so we will just have to wait and see.

i dont think royce will let it sell for anything less than 250 .he will buy it back !thats what happened to bob johnsons woody last year .
we took a vette out last year ,but that euro anouncer (allan decidany sp? ) is a freaking idiot on hot rods and streetrods ,it had a pontiac rocket block ( race version of a small block chevy )with cantedvalve heads ,crank trigger , all alluminum rear axle, shavers leather interrior .he described the car as a " odd olds powered corvette " but it still brought decent money .

Didn't Chezoom sell for over $350K, Whathehaye for over $500K, Airflow $500K last yr? The yr before a Lincoln Zephyr sold for over $410K. That seem like pretty big money for a street rods to me

The Foose/Unique drop-top on the other hand was much more refined car if you ask me.

I'd still like to think that there will be changes made to the coupe before it's released to the public.
