It pales in comparison to your masterpiece. (I have a thing for 70 fastbacks!) But thanks for the compliments!

Had to do some clearancing on the evap. box for valve cover clearance. Finished the exhaust and am very pleased with fit and ground clearance of Dougs Headers.

Its a new Nissan color. Similar to original but with a more modern look in the metallic and some pearl.

Started it up yesterday and so far pleased with the FAST EFI. Very responsive and should only get better. The motor has a nice civilized tone due to the wide lobe center cam and Magna Flow exhaust. Plumbed and charged the AC this morning.Vinyl top and front and rear windows get installed this week. Were waiting on some trim pieces and will be installing front sheetmetal towards end of week.

At the time, I just didn't have the money and i knew I would regret not scraping it together somehow, and boy was I right. So this is a very special project for me as well.
Did your grandmother live in Orlando? Vedoro green?

The story on this car is really similar to my 69FB. My grandfather bought my 69FB the day I was born and he has the same name as me. Luckly my mother bought the car from my grandfather and saved it. I now own the car and every year on my B day I get a present from DMV to pay the registration. The car still has the old license plate&frame for Mazzei dealer in Antioch Ca.
