I just exchanged an email w Jon last weekend. All this looks like it was going on at the time, but seems to have blown up since on the boards. The YB guys are running w it.

Hopefully Jon will respond soon. He's always stood up in the past...

One of the posts by Travis on PT.com indicated the sale had fallen through. Not sure what the long-term implications of that are though...

x2

Between BOS's orders with Driverz, and the fact that my car(s) seem to go through tires all the time, not to mention a few wheel orders, I deal with Jon somewhere between once a week and once a month.

When you have a couple thousand dollars or more that have seemingly disappeared, you have every right to be concerned. The fact that Jon has been silent is even more disconcerting to all of you that aren't in regular contact, and have no idea who is behind Driverz Inc. at the moment

I think by now everyone knows that Travis walked away from buying Driverz right before things were 100 percent finalized. I didn't ask who legally controlled Driverz at that time, or details of transferring company ownership. That isn't my business. Last I talked to Jon, which was on Thursday, he said that if things came to it, he would do whatever it would take to ensure that Driverz's wound down, filled orders, and settled accounts before focusing solely on New Gen. We've all heard from a couple customers who weren't completely happy with service, but I've never heard of an incident where money was taken, or orders not placed, during the time that Jon was running Driverz. Given that it will likely end up back in his hands, I hope those with current orders might have a little more faith than before.

I apologize for jumping in as a source of second hand information, but right now, I think some information is better than none. Hopefully Jon will respond, probably after he has had a chance to catch his breath, and gather his thoughts.

Oh, and for what it is worth, Jon has almost 6K worth of my money right now.

Matt

Wow did I dodge a bullet. I got a nice set of new gen concaves from Jon in January just before he left, and lug nuts from Tavis during the one week he sounds like he was actually at Driverz.
