I hate to bring this back to life after 2+ years but did Chassisworks take care of the customers who had clearance issues with the upper shock cross member? I have a 12 bolt with the same issue and they're wanting to charge me for a new bar.

After all the back and forth we had a grand total of two customers come to us who were not able to remedy their clearance issue by properly adjusting the pinion angle. One modified the tube in the crossmember on their own, the other got the extra clearance tube from us.

Give me a call at extension 247 and I'll see if I can help you sort it out.

this is funny to me that I came upon this thread . ive been in my build process so long (06)after being swindled by a few vendors and shops that my car is finally coming into its own. I purchased gbar/glink and fab9 from another vendor whom was based in Orlando (another long story entirely) and is no longer in business, thankfully . now that I am finally at the stage to set ride height my fab 9 hits the crossmember and pinion angle wont help. while I am having the cage installed I was going to have them take a look at it and see what can be done or made to remedy my problem. Chassworks do you have a new product that I can bolt in or do you have a specific drawing or suggestions that I have made to solve my issue. any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated . I have to do some sort of modification to get proper measurements to order some JRI hydraulics so any input suggestions would be fantastic.

I am, also unfortunately, familiar with this storyline. I'm glad to hear that you're able to continue working on your project. We have an alternate shock crossmember tube that replaces the original tube. It jogs to the rear in the center. If you have a bender you could make one.

As always, if anyone has questions they should give me a call. Extension 247.
