Let's look at it this way --- Stainless is one of the easier metals to weld -- so imagine what he can do when it gets tough!

Whats the average shop pay for a fab guy with lets say 5-6 years experience building cars? Shoot me a PM? Pretty comparable exhaust work to the other guy I'd say?

Hmm, you are probably right! The majority of my welding experience is in the nuclear field. As you can see however my true passion is cars so I would be willing to take a considerable pay cut to start. Say low 6 figures and 2 months paid vacation?

BTW, how close are you guys to Byron? I'll be there next week doing some repair work on reactor #2.

I think Byron is about 1.5 hrs away if traffic is decent. Stop by if you can.
