Default Possible new C-10 build and want your opinions....

Well gang I've been back and forth with Ben Hermance and trying my hand at a design or two myself as well...
There are a lot of the C-10's that are really beautifully and I'm having a Hell of a time deciding on a final design
and would like to hear comments good and bad about this little Photochop I did ;-)... I want to be very clear
that the stripe was inspired by an online image and I modified the stripe ,and background of the stripe as I
thought it looked good however I wanted to personalize it.......

The build will feature some new Carbon offerings from Carbon Kustoms, a custom built Mock frame, an LS power
plant, a rear mounted 6spd trans & IRS, Ride Tech air system....

Anyways here goes Albert Photoshop 101 LOL,,, give me your thoughts please.....

In my humble opinion, if you built that truck exactly like the rendering, you would have the baddest C-10 I have ever seen. That is beautiful

My humble opinion is that Greg is spot on. Seriously, that's pretty awesome looking. I like the subtle stretch in the cab. That should help make the truck more comfortable to drive as well.

Can we get some details on the chassis and suspension?

Is this a trick question?

Seriously, I think w with the flat black top accent you could even leave off the side stripe but really either way looks great. Is that an Escalade fender vent? You could black anno or body color that and it would be off the hook.

I'm also with Jeff, get busy Albert

Please do not take my questions in a negative way.

The rendering looks great. I have never seen a grille like that, and using a 72 will be much easier pulling that grille off end the long run. I'm not crazy about the hood. The two nostrils look weird. Are the nostrils going to be functional? I'm digging the carbon splitter. How in the heck are you going to mount that? The wheels look just like the wheels on the roadster shops orange pickup. Granted, they didn't use a Locking nut to keep the wheels on. Will the locking nut make it's way onto the truck, or was it just for the rendering? I would consider running a different wheel. What size wheel and tire do you want to run? Will the fender vent be functional? That would be a very cool feature! Side exit exhaust? Do you plan on driving the truck on the road? I would prefer a full exhaust emptying at the rear. The wing... This can be tricky. If the wing is molded into the trucks tonnue cover, I think that would look sick! Overall, this is a badass rendering.

I not taking things in any way so be comfortable as I asked for feedback and thank you.... Please remember this still in the planning stages and subject to change possibly as I've owned the truck for two years and never even seen it yet....

I will be starting this off with a 67 front clip & hood (again sorry for the amateur PS job) and I will increase the slope of the front edge of the hood slightly and yes the RA hood will be functional....

the Grills will be two pieces custom carved out of billet on a CNC and then treated accordingly... The wheels are Forgeline and yes Randy did use them on his stunning car which I did take note of and hence carried forward on this project... The front and rear hubs will likely be Corvette and yes I plan to utilize the center nut rim design.... The truck will subject to balance be running on the street 18 or 19 295"s up front and 345's out back and will carry a set of mounted 345's for track use up front in the rear bed at all times...

The fender vents will be functional and assist in releasing under hood pressure.. On my TA's you be surprised how much that helps at speed and I have some really neat thoughts on how they will function as well that I will share on the official build thread when the final design is selected (though I must say given the reaction here and elsewhere I think we're pretty close)...

So far I am thinking the exhaust will run full length and be done so that it is not visible on exit... Yes we will run the truck on the road and I will be using a Ride Tech air system to deal with driving stance's selectively...

The wing will be carefully considered... If this is built, it will be another product showcase and I will be reproducing the Hood, Rear Box Cover and Wing as well as the Splitter.... I won't get into details on that just yet,,, but when I do I think most will be pretty excited about my thinking for this element....

Again, thanks for the feedback...
