Would look nice parked in my garage next to my '13 Boss 302! Price tag is projected at $60,000. Would have thought they would have it less than the ZL1 and a little more than the L1E...which would put it in the Boss range.

I like it. I'll have to warm up to the tail lights I guess, but I like the front revamp. I liked the original 5th gen though too. Glad to see they shaved some weight.

Someone needs to kick the Interior Design Dept. in the........... I'm a GM guy all the way, but they have the worst interiors out there IMO. The new Vette has the best interior for GM right now. I really like this car, wonder what the MSRP will be?

Less is more eh?

This is the first time I've felt "I want one" about the 5th Gen.

Optional AC in this day and age makes a statement as to how serious the intent of the car is IMO. Trans and Diff coolers, serious suspension damping!

Curious why they went with the .74 5th .50 6th 3.91 final gearing.

Very interested to see the price point and production numbers.............and how dealers mark it.

This car has Steilow written all over it - very nicely done.

I think the tail lights are better, but I still don't think they got it right. On the original 5th gen I didn't understand the 2 and 2 tail light arrangement since that car was clearly supposed to mimic a first gen Camaro. This new design still seems to be an afterthought.

Agreed. I like that the new version echoes the original 69 design, but there was something lost in the execution. Maybe it's the lack of depth or any contrasting black trim within the lens itself.

Edit: Looks like the Z/28 has a unique tail lens that really looks a lot like the 69. I can dig it.

On the upside, the improved shape and arrangement should make it easier for the aftermarket to come up with a really nicely styled replacement.

Overall, I think the 2014 is a total improvement over the 2013. Yeah, the interior could have used more sprucing up, but whatever...wouldn't stop me from buying one.
