I'm reposting a shortened video now to YouTube --- so give me an hour and I'll have it up.

I did the math and with a 25.6 tall tire and 3:42 gears at 6200 rpm I'm doing close to 140 mph before turn one. I'm hoping the adjustments to my alignment are going to help me next time out.
I don't know how bikes compare but we were using as much track as possible to the right (crossing the pit exit line) to get the angle on the apex and drifting to the cushion on the exit, straight speeds sound similar in the 140's and turning in at 90-100 and on the gas through the apex. It's a scary fast turn in on a bike.

Just for comparison if there is any - My weak corners on the bikes were carrying good speed through 2, the off-chamber 3 due to the surface on the inside line, nailing 4 to get drive up to the Cyclone then braking hard enough and timing the turn in, exiting 5 tight enough to properly hit 6 which allows you to nail 7, lack of balls to pin it through 8 (berm phobia), braking into 10 due to elevation changes, 11 is testy technical, cutting 12 a given , and 14-15 with the seam was my weakest corner period, I was never statisfied with the amount of drive I obtained out of 15.

Okay --- #1 ---- The GoPro was upside-down so when I flipped the video it appears that I'm running the track in the wrong direction.....

#2 - Sorry for the squished bug guts.

But this will show you my line - not that it's worth anything.

Might scare Todd... so be forewarned buddy!

OK, no offense but you need to burn that video. Everything that was supposed to be a left was a right and vice versa. Too hard to watch for me. I thought I was bad with my GoPro. How to you manage to video upside down?

The gopro has an option to flip the filming video so you can mount the camera up side down..That sure is a nice looking track and your car sounds good Greg. I did like the OH SH*T moment over the riser.

Accelerating is optional...........stopping is mandatory. Your car WILL stop one way or another.

Where'd ya shoot that from Dave??

PS -- Spent 90 minutes uploading a video to YouTube -- and when I got all done the azzwipes tell me they deleted it because it was too long!
It was the start/stop. I walked up some stairs off the side of that main building there and watched for awhile.

You have 2 options when you mount cam upside down (only way I've ever mounted mine).

1 -- If you are on the original firmware, you just have to edit the "rotation" in your video editer (I use MPEG Streamclip -- one of the recommended editors on their Support website page) and switch it to Flip.

2 -- Upgrade your firmware (also available at their Support webpage) and that allows you to select the upside down setting right on the camera. That upgrade also has the much needed One Touch feature. Now I find the GoPro is a lot easier to work with while you are geared up in your car.
