Yep they did it on the floor. The frame was within a 1/16 of being square

When the front clip went on it required no shimming

I would put all the suspension, axle, wheels, tires etc on and set it at ride height to make sure it's not tweaked and one side of the car is higher than the other. Just my $.02 its easy to cut them loose now than later....

It's all good and everything is square. We know that since the car is ready for paint and on the ground.

The car is probably already done and Marty is driving it around. He's just trying to build up the suspense until he decides to unvail it!

Nope - The body work is complete now it's time to start putting down some color.

2nd Chance Camaro - Cleaning Up the DSE Subframe Connectors

2012 06-27 Update - Cleaning Up the DSE Subframe Connectors
www.2ndchancecamaro.com

Evening All,

Okay since I am home for at least one more week and I am not allowed to drive it's time to play catch up.
I enlisted the help of my oldest to help clean up the sub-fame connectors. It's amazing how fast they
flashed over with rust. Out came the wire wheel and some serious elbow grease.

Getting closer

Time to get out the cheap labor. Did I mention she works for Taco's

Looks much better.

I hope - if that was the first coats -- that you used SELF ETCHING primer....

But, of course - you already knew that.
