That hurts Bob. It cuts me.

I heard you have a Camaro. But then I heard you don't. So which is it?

That sounds kinda cool. Is this somewhere in the shed?

Um.. So yeah... Dave the motor mounts are very trick. They look to be very stout too. Did you decide on how you're going to mount the column? Are you going straight to the cage dash cross bar?

Yes that is the plan. Brett is probably aligning all that stuff as we speak. Either that or adding NOS.

I'd like to put something like that Woodward collapsable column in my car but I don't have a cage. I'm not sure I could come up with a sturdy adjustable mount I would like.

You won't need that to beat Todd's '77 Corvette.

Yeah my stock column had some "issues" on the engine bay side and once I saw the pile of nice Woodward columns for sale cheap in Charlotte it was an easy bite. I'd been leaning anyway. My car came with a pretty good cage and the only bar they didn't really finish was the under dash bar so Brett is doing that and it ties into the new pedals and column assembly all at the same time to get the right setup and placement.

All the street car jokes aside around here, safety is a big concern and priority for me and if I am usually on the fence with something, within reason, the safer/stronger path gets chosen.

He hasn't been on my radar since after those first and only 2 hours of seat time I ever got
