progress is happening, but its slow. i built the sub box and have started working on the dash. id love to buy one, but money is really tight. just sold my house and bought another. move in date is supposed to be dec 28th..... awesome since the holidays are already busy. the house is twice the size, garage is bigger, still 3 miles from the beach, end of a cul-de-sac, but my lot got smaller. my drive to work also got longer and i had to leave orange county, but in the end it will work out well.

dash should have some good progress in the next few weeks, but then its going to switch to packing and building cabinets. once at the new house its going to be a couple months before i get back on it. my timeline continues to get screwed up, but now the plan is paint in june and hopefully running in a year. its always getting closer, but still seems a long ways away.

well, no updates. the car is still sitting in my grandmas garage while i get the new house done. ive spent the last few weeks working on the back yard and logging 24 hours in a bobcat. once its done, i need to finish installing the 100 amp sub panel, my cabinets and lighting before the car comes back. i did finish the garage floor and it looks sick!

carlsbad. twice the size, brand new, still 3 miles from the beach and the same price. things seem a little slower than the oc. its kind of nice, although i havent had much time to enjoy it.

id LOVE to see your car when done. pics look insane!

well its almost back in my garage 600 sqft garage. i wish it was twice the size, but theres no way to pull that off and still be 3 miles from the beach. heres the current run down.

- floor products from versatile building products
- installed 22 2 bulb recessed fluorescent troffers
- 100 amp sub panel
- 20 120 outlets
- 6 220 outlets
- 2 hardwired 220 outlets for the mill and compressor
- high lift conversion for the garage door
- jackshaft opener
- 3 air outlets and one additional drop

i still need to build 44 doors for the cabinets and finish the trim work (going to put some base, case and crown in), but those should be the last projects.

im still hoping to get it painted this year and get it running by this time next year. time will tell.......
